My cheesecakes, cakes and cookies are made from scratch and are of impeccable quality and taste. I use lite cream cheese in all of our cheesecakes and I assure you that using low fat ingredients does not affect the taste of the final product. Also, over half of the sixty plus flavours on our menu can be prepared without sugar making them suitable for dietetic diets.
