1.Are dogs allowed on the beach?
It is a Central Elgin by-law which prohibits dogs on the beach
2. Where is there beach parking?
Municipal Paid Parking Lots – north and south sides of Edith Cavell Blvd (in proximity of GT’s); south side of Lotus Lane, east of William Street (near Mackie’s); south end of Carlow Road (adjacent to harbour and boat ramp)
3.How much is parking?
$4/hour or $20/day. FREE after 5pm
$30 flat rate for vehicles & trailers at boat launch.
4. Are BBQ’s allowed on the beach?
No BBQ’s on beach; municipality has supplied BBQ’s at Pavilion located near beach washrooms
5. How do we access beach wheelchairs?
Centre Lifeguard tower near change rooms and bathrooms
6. Ontario Bicycle Tour
